Responsibilities –

The area of your responsibility is:

• Planning, installation, setup and maintenance from Mobile Device Management systems (for example: Airwatch)
• Deployment (imaging, setup, and management) from mobile end device of all platform, within the scope of international projects as part of the GEMA (Global Enterprise Mobility Alliance)
• Administration of mobile end devices in several Mobile Device Management environment
• Troubleshooting, bug-fix and support (1^st and 2^nd level) during troubles in primary contact with customers and users
• Providing service reports and care of our database/ticket tool

Profile –

• A Bachelor´s degree in Technology or equivalent experience is required for this position
• First-hand experience in System Engineering/IT administrator role and/or have an experience in the support of mobile end devices
• A good knowledge and experiences in two mobile platforms are eligible
• Have a curiosity for the mobility market, especially of mobile end devices, mobile enterprise architecture platforms (MEAP) as well as Mobile Device Management solutions
• Have an excellent English skill, French skill (and preferable, German skill)
• Highly enthusiastic for the IT and new products/trends
• Customer-oriented and service-oriented
• Self-dependent, creative and solution-oriented
• Highly motivated and flexibility also readiness for action
• Willing to travel often
